Donations to Plant Trees
We will be donating $250 every quarter ($1000 per year) to a local West Australian organisation that will plant trees on our behalf, they are ‘Carbon Positive Australia’ this amount will enable them to plant around 268 native trees or shrubs over the course of a year.
We particularly wanted to support these guys because at the moment they are replanting ‘Eurardy Reserve’ in the Mid West of W.A which is not that far from home. This will be a 5 year project for them to replant 750 hectares with native seedlings. So we are certainly very happy to be donating to this project.
‘Carbon Positive Australia’ have done many planting projects in the Midwest over the years and we like the idea that the trees will be planted back in our region .
Just Raptors
For many years now we have thought about how we could in some way give back to a couple of Geraldton locals that we have the utmost respect for Janelle & Glenn Ende from Just Raptors.
Just Raptors is a rehabilitation centre for injured Birds Of Prey located in Geraldton, Western Australia. Janelle & Glenn have been involved in rehabilitation since 1993.
Their property is basically an animal hospital which sees around 70 birds on average being admitted each year. Their ultimate aim is to get the birds in, rehabilitated and released where possible. Those that can’t be released slot into other programs that run at Just Raptors. Those programs include education and surrogate Parenting. The education program allows them to visit schools etc. to raise awareness of these magnificent birds.
Just Raptors is a voluntary non for profit program that rely’s on donations to keep the property running. They are also registered wildlife carers.

We would love to help Janelle and Glenn in anyway we can. From assisting with our cherry picker for any repairs to aviaries, to releasing of birds back into trees etc. what ever they may require we are here to help …..
